Our Infrastructure
We have with us, steadfast and advance infrastructure that helps us in quality processing and packaging of our range of Indian spices. This well equipped infrastructure is spread across an extensive area and is ISO certified. Apart from this unit, we have also developed a packaging unit, which enables us to offer flexible packaging as per the necessities of the clients.
Our infrastructure has following facilities :
- More than 15,000 sq. ft. Area
- Machines for grading
- Machines for cooler grinding
- Equipments for automatic & hygienic packaging
- Proper facility for fumigation
We have spent a lot of time and capital to erect our Factory in Ahmedabad.
It comprises of Processing Floors, Grading Floor, Packing Floor, Blending Room and Container Loading area. We use Best in Class Hammer Pulverizers along with Micro Pulverizers to get a perfect grind. We have interlinked the Pulverizers to get a Hands Free process, also further attaching a Sieving machine to get a Uniform Grind. The process is 100% Hands free, we go through a grading process and metal scanning process, before goods are fed to the feeder.
After we process the products we package them. In-House Packing Machines enables us to pack products with High Speed and Hygiene. It is vital for the products to be packed in their Final Packaging after its ground or blended to retain the aroma, taste, colour and shelf life.

Greenempire Impex LLP offers a wide variety of labelling options for our clients, we also undertake contract manufacturing. These services assist our clients to capitalise on their markets.
We offer private labelling/contract packaging with various options like PP Bags, HDP Bags, Brown Paper Bags, Zip Lock Stand Up Pouches, Plastic Bottles as well as Glass Bottles, with a wide variety of colour printing options in Sizes from 5grams to 25kgs.
We have collaborated with several laboratories to run various tests on our finished products before shipment.
